CranioSacral Therapy (CST)

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY: this is a hands-on gentle method of evaluation and enhancing the function of the cranio-sacral sytem
(the physiological body system which comprises the cerebro-spinal fluid and membranes which surround and protect the brain and spinal cord).  
A gentle palpation is used to test for restrictions in various parts of the cranio-sacral system.  Subtle manipulation is used to re-balance its
rhythm thereby encouraging the body to heal itself.
